Liability
Our staff are trained to use the products in which Are You Being Cleaned? supplies.
If you wish for us to use your cleaners, our staff will follow the manufactures instructions, but Are You Being Cleaned? is not responsible for any damage it may cause.
Our staff does not use bleach. If a client requests for us to use bleach, Are You Being Cleaned? is not responsible for any damage it may cause.
Our staff does not use ladders or move more then 25 pounds to protect us and our staff from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.
Business
Are You Being Cleaned? agrees to keep key(s) and other client information secure and confidential. We would prefer alarms to be left off on your cleaning day. If your alarm must be on and it is triggered, Are You Being Cleaned? is not responsible for any fees associated with the alarm going off.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk.
Business Hours/Holidays/Weather
Business hours fall between 8a.m. and 5p.m. Monday to Friday and services are usually completed during this time. We will schedule consultations Evenings and Saturday mornings for
those who are unable to have us during working hours. We do not take time specific calls, as we cannot guarantee specific times accurately. We reserve to cancel scheduled cleanings due to inclement weather. We do not clean on holidays. If your scheduled clean falls on a holiday,
Are You Being Cleaned? will call and reschedule your clean.
Payments
Payment is due in full at time of scheduled clean. We accept payments by Cash or Check only.
Guarantee
Are You Being Cleaned? wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If, within 24 hours, you are not satisfied, Are You Being Cleaned? will come back to your home and re-clean said items at no additional charge.
